Jan 10: Simple Supper @ University of Calgary Faith & Spirituality Centre (MSC 373 2500, University Drive NW). This event is an open space for people to share a meal and some conversation. Dinner is free, and this even will recur every Wednesday starting at 6pm.

Jan 11-13: IKG Live 2 @ Illingworth Kerr gallery, Alberta College of Art and Design. 1pm-8pm daily. This is the second year of this performative art festival, see for details.

Jan 12: Quiz night @ Renfrew Pub (811 Radford Rd NE) This city-renowned adults-only quiz night in the upper part of the Renfrew Community Association starts up another year.

Jan 14: Community Potluck Supper @ Bridgeland-Riverside Community Association. Register by calling 403-263-5755, bring a dish to share, and meet some of your neighbours in the community.



Jan 11: Adults only night: DIY Biology @ Telus Spark Centre. 6-10pm. Adults take over the science centre once a month. Regular admission rates apply, or you can sign out one of CASS’ Community connections passes to get in for free. See for all of the details.

Jan 12- 14: Calgary Renovation Show @ BMO Centre. Fri Noon-9pm, Sat 10am-9pm, Sun 10 am -6pm. Tickets are $9 online, $12 at the door, and we still have a few free passes to the event at CASS reception. For more info about the trade show, or to buy tickets, go to
