Hi Everyone,

Jul 18: Sundown Social @ Bridgeland (under the 4th Ave Flyover, parallel to Memorial Drive) 4-9pm. The street will come alive with performances, flowers, and food & beer vendors.

Jul 19-22: Calgary Turkish Festival @ Eau Claire Festival Plaza, 11am-10pm. Celebrate and learn about Turkish culture through art, dance music and food.

Jul 20: Calgary Night Market @ Bridgeland Riverside Community Association (917 Centre St NE) 5-11pm. Local vendors, food trucks and entertainment.

Jul 20-22: Fiestaval Latino Festival @ Olympic Plaza (228 8 Ave SE) There will be food vendors, and dozens of performances throughout this Latin culture festival. You can check out the lineup here: http://fiestaval.ca/schedule/

Jul 21: Festival of Chariots @ Shaw Millennium Park (1220 9 Ave SW) 11am-5pm. Live entertainment, free vegan feast all day.

Jul 21: European Classic Car Meet @ Stanley Park 9am-3pm. Stop by and see all of the lovingly restored and maintained cars that the Vintage Sports Car Club of Calgary members will be showing.

Jul 21: Parks Day & Creekfest @ Fish Creek Park (15975 Bow Bottom Trail SE) 10am-3pm.  Song writing workshop, interactive performances, and a number of games and activities throughout the day. Donations to the Friends of Fish Creek society are appreciated. Jul 18: Secret Cinema @ Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers (#100 1725 10 Ave SW) Entry is through the alley behind the building. 5:30-8pm. Secret Cinema screens 16mm films they inherited from the Calgary Public Library in the 90’s. The titles of the films show will not be disclosed until they are shown. Admission is by donation. Enjoy!               

Jul 21: Taste of the Caribbean @ Winston Heights Mountview Community Association (520 27 Ave NE) Noon-6pm. Admission is $10. Caribbean Food, music and art.
